Vzemite si urico samo zase

Šestdeset minut navadno traja nega obraza ali telesa, toliko pa porabimo tudi za masažo, ki izboljša videz telesa, zmanjšuje utrujenost in stres ter spodbuja hujšanje. Mi vam bomo pomagali odkriti, katera je najboljša za vas, vi pa poskrbite, da bo čim večkrat na seznamu vaših aktivnosti.



Zakaj je dobra
Že od davnih časov se ljudje dotikamo drug drugega, da bi se počutili boljše, odpravili bolečino, se sprostili ... Danes si lahko privoščimo profesionalno masažo, še slajši pa so dotiki ljubljene osebe. Pomembni so tudi pripomočki, ki se uporabljajo pri masaži, na primer eterična olja za sproščanje ali anticelulitne kreme za odpravo te nadloge, ki naredijo masažo še bolj učinkovito.

Kdaj in komu se ne priporoča
- Osebam z zelo visokim krvnim tlakom,
- nosečnicam v prvih štirih mesecih nosečnosti,
- osebam s srčnimi spodbujevalci,
- takoj po operacijah (to ne velja za lepotne operacije, saj je na primer po liposukciji limfna drenaža zelo priporočljiva).

Šest pravil, ki jih morate upoštevati
1. Raje odštejte malo več denarja in se prepustite rokam strokovnjaka, ki ima primerno znanje anatomije in fiziologije telesa ter dovolj izkušenj, saj lahko v nasprotnem primeru naredi več škode kot koristi.
2. Prostor, v katerem vas masirajo, mora biti dovolj topel, da vas med masažo ne bo zeblo. Ko se mišice sprostijo, velikokrat občutimo mraz.
3. Svetloba mora biti med masažo medla, nikakor pa vam luč ne sme sijati v oči.
4. Idealno je, da med masažo poslušate sproščujočo glasbo.
5. Dobro je, da masaža ne traja dlje kot uro in pol, delna masaža hrbta pa naj bi trajala do štirideset minut.
6. Med masažo se posvetite predvsem sebi, zato se ne pogovarjajte s terapevtom, temveč skušajte misliti na lepe stvari, ki vas bodo odnesle nekam daleč.



Katero izbrati
Obstaja veliko vrst masaž in ves čas se pojavljajo nove tehnike, pa tudi nova poimenovanja že starih tehnik. Mi vam predstavljamo štiri osnovne masaže, vi pa se med celotno ponudbo odločite za tisto, ki najbolj ustreza vam in po kateri se najboljše počutite.



Klasična ali tradicionalna masaža
Zmanjšuje stres in napetost v mišicah, izboljšuje cirkulacijo. Gibe maserja med to masažo lahko razdelimo v tri skupine: gnetenje, lahno udarjanje z dlanmi in nežno glajenje. Vsi ti gibi delujejo na mišice, da se sprostijo in da se tkivo segreje. Pri tem terapevt uporablja mastno kremo ali masažna olja.
Dobre strani: Otrdele mišice se zmehčajo, večji pretok krvi se kaže na koži, ki postane bolj gladka in svetleča.
Slabe strani: Pri bolečinah v vratu in velikih mišičnih vozlih je ta masaža premalo učinkovita.

Limfna drenaža
Pomaga pri izločanju toksinov iz telesa, odstranjuje otečenost z obraza in je učinkovita proti celulitu. Maser z rahlimi pritiski prstov deluje na limfne žleze, ki pospešeno izločajo odvečno tekočino in toksine iz telesa. Pri tem si pomaga z eteričnimi olji.
Dobre strani: Izvrsten pripomoček pri boju proti celulitu s hitro vidnimi rezultati.
Slabe strani: Včasih je boleča, zato se ob njej ne sprostimo, poleg tega pa jo resnično obvlada le malo maserjev.



Refleksna masaža stopal
Na stopalih imamo točke, ki vplivajo na vse organe v telesu. Terapevt s krožnimi gibi in glajenjem teh refleksnih točk prenaša energijo na posamezne organe ter tako stimulira njihovo delovanje ali ga izboljša.
Dobre strani: Primerna je tudi za nosečnice, je sproščujoča in primerna za različne tegobe.
Slabe strani: Gre za delno masažo, ob kateri smo prikrajšani za blagodejne dotike po vsem telesu, poleg tega pa jo zna izvajati relativno malo terapevtov.

Proticelulitna masaža
Je pomoč pri hujšanju in pomaga k boljšemu videzu kože. Obdelujejo se samo področja, kjer je celulit, gibi maserja pa so močni, da spodbujajo cirkulacijo, drenažo strupenih snovi in segrevanje kože, tudi s pomočjo anticelulitnih krem. Po tej masaži se priporoča še kakšen anticelulitni tretma, na primer body wrapping (povijanje).
Dobre strani: Zmanjšanje obsega telesa za nekaj centimetrov, hujšanje tudi na težko dostopnih mestih, na primer v okolici kolen.
Slabe strani: Potrebnih je vsaj petnajst tretmajev, da se pokažejo rezultati, poleg tega pa ta masaža ni primerna za tiste, ki imajo težave s pokanjem kapilar.
